Hire advertising people, you get advertising
When W+K was founded, it was difficult for its founders to attract talented admen to Portland. So they hired peopled from other areas or kids straight out of school. This people did not think about traditional advertising and that is why their message doesn’t look like advertising: they actually ended up pushing advertising further.
The key to creative genius: work harder
If you work harder and better, you’re more likely to produce great work.
You can’t divorce the medium from the message
You don’t just fill 30 seconds of tv frames or one page in magazines. You must also think the medium. So if both works are connected and equally important, don’t let others do your job.
Do good work, the money will follow
Hold everyone to the same standard
The agency was basically divided between Nike and Microsoft. As for the first client, good ideas were produced every 5 minutes. As for Microsoft, an uncool brand, it was harder. Nevertheless, the agency’s policy was to demand quality work no matter what client.

Task at hand was to come up with an in-store promotion idea to run along the ‘Sex sells Unfortunately we sell jeans’ campaign to help increase sales. So we created the Knee.J, a spoof sex toy of sorts to be given away to all customers that ran a bill above $ 150. One day from running posters and e-mailers, the stores saw an instant increase in walk-ins. Customers were all eager to get their hands on the Knee.J. What was meant to be a one-store activity got enough publicity to manufacture more pieces and take them across all stores. The sales picked up by 40% and customers were spotted kneeling for more.

F/Nazca in partnership with Channel Sony, created a project to Skol Beer campaign  that the theme is "life is to laugh round" . It is a series of videos with comedians Rafinha Bastos e Danilo Gentili.

The first dealt with the themes explored flirting and carnival. In the second step, the comedians bring a good laugh from the audience talking about new issues such as football, barbecue and friendship.

The campaign is the creation of André Arteze, Sandro Rosa e Lucas “Flash”, with the creative direction by Fabio Fernandes e Fábio Simões.
